The technician said that it needs approval from your end before he can do his work. I was really expecting that my leaking faucet that's leaking can be fixed that day the tech was here but he said needs Approval AHS.

We got a lifesaver in AHS and are happy with their customer facing team representative's and the online app to request service. The service providers are very professional and are able to fix most of the issues reported. If there are any parts, further authorizations needed it adds to the time it takes to address but the job is completed to satisfaction. Kudos to American Home Shield. They are a must have for a property or home owner!!
