We had to have our hot water heater replaced and it was a completely trouble-free experience. We did run into an issue with the techs sent out for our washer not seeming to know what they were doing, but in the end the problem was resolved. There have been a couple of other more minor things that have been fixed without any issues.

I enjoyed my experience with American Home Shield. I was placed on schedule to have an electrician to come and look at my socket that my dryer uses and he fixed the problem in a matter of time.
