Easy to schedule. Plumber and appliance person were very kind and easy to get along with.

The only problem we encountered was with the Allstate electronics company. Wanted to give us a model TV that was considered used. After calling AHS directly, they contacted the company handling electronics and arranged for us to get a new model. We have been with AHS for over 25 years, would not choose or trust another warranty company. That is why we recommend AHS to our friends and family.
My failed water heater was replaced by competent plumbers contracted by American Home Shield (AHS). AHS provided a great service by replacing my heater. Thank you AHS!
The technician told us what the problem was and that he had to order the part for to fix our dishwasher. When the part arrived he called us to set a time and date to prepare our dishwasher. He did an excellent job!!
