My air conditioner was not cooling as well as I thought it should. American home shield gave me the name of a local company who was great to work with. In short order I had a new compressor in my unit. Efficient and professional with this claim. Also the technician shared with me that his company liked working with American Home Shield. He said they could count on them to do the right thing with their claims

In my area sometimes it's hard to get workers here like when my pool motor went down. I had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed
