American Home Shield is a great thing to have because of the extent of the coverage. However, you are not notified in advance that your renewal fee has increased from what you paid the previous year.
I love AHS, but my last experience was not the best in the beginning, because of the company they had the contract with. I asked for the companies master tech, they sent him out & he is amazing, he actually cared to solve to problem & I appreciate that. So AHS is actually redeeming my confidence back into their company. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
Never had a problem filing a claim seems as though things happen unexpectedly but they're always there to help
