I called this company, they scheduled my appointment, sent me the email that I had to go in and accept the appointment, then an hour and a half prior to the appointment they cancelled on me because they "over booked". Luckily I was able to get Rotorooter out to the house in place of them. Completely unprofessional, I had taken time off from work for the appt.

I would give no stars if I could. DO NOT let the people from Houston do work for you. They leave the work unfinished claiming they need 'another part' and never return. The company, ProConnect and American Home Shield allow this to happen and do not fix the issue with customers. Plumber arrived and was VERY unprofessional. Caused a flood because he did not know how to install the garbage disposal. Left to get a part and never returned. Left my kitchen unusable and the company will do nothing about it. American Home Shield Pro Connect is the absolute worst company I've ever done business with in my life. I requested service in November of 2020 to repair my range, NOT 2021, 2020! My repair has yet to be completed. I paid more than $300 and was told that my back-ordered part would be in within a few days, I waited months! Still no part! The company will take your money not providing good service and it is very difficult to get in touch with them. I had a leak in my house, called couldn't get hold of anyone, so I placed the service call online. Plumber came in and advised that it is a slab leak, tried calling the company couldn't get hold of them, went online to see if I can put any remarks I was not able to, so I found a plumber and sent him to fix the issue, he found it in the wall (covered), I paid $ 345 + $ 75 which you pay as you deductible from AHS. American Home Shield is by far the worst home warranty repair company around. My Hot water heater broke a month ago and I am still fighting to get it replaced. They are quick to repair but slow to replace. They most have Sloth's working in the authorization department. They have lied on numerous occasions and said some of the dumbest things possible regarding the repair. Booked an appointment a week in advance was told everything was okay. 1 hr before a pro was scheduled to come out got a call they cancelled the appointment saying they could not find anyone to come out keep in mind they booked the appointment and said they were ready on their end a week ahead sent me reminder emails I cleared my schedule and 1 hr until the appointment cancelled because they never actually got a professional to pick up the job they just lied all week

The tech who showed up to fix my washing machine had no idea what he was doing. After "resetting it" he said it was fixed. He then left, however the machine was not fixed in any way. I called pro connect, they couldn't reach him, told me "maybe his phone died?" That kind of answer I expect from a child. He came back and asked to take the control panel to find a replacement. I got multiple emails, texts and two phone calls confirming the appointment. I appreciated that. The referred "pro" did not show up. No call or follow up. 2 hours past the appointment time I called, THREE times, for an update, was on hold for a total of 60 minutes and was disconnected twice. When I finally got someone via email it was "Gee, we are sorry about that. If you would like to reschedule call us back." Nope, not gonna do that.

I had the worse experience with this company. Read my review below. They keep calling me to do a re-assessment of my microwave. I already told them it has been fixed by another provider. How many times do i have to repeat myself. These people are real clowns. First they come to my house and spend 10 minutes making pretend they are fixing my microwave.
