Very disappointed. I bought wreath lights for outdoors. They worked one season. Called the store, no warranty at all. ******* actually hung up on me. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products.

Dealing with the pool installers has made our whole pool experience horrible. Sum it up. I have had 3 liners installed since May. 1st time my pool was installed wrong and my walls where caving in. Was told over and over that was normal. 2nd time after filling it fully and draining it took the whole pool down. Once back up the ground was so unlevel with holes and trenchs all over. 3rd time was the best experience we had. DO NOT GO THERE! The worst customer service in the history of mankind. These people only care about one thing only-taking your money. We purchased a pool from them in March, they had their third party installer install it. American Sale washes their hands after they deliver the pool. The pool was not level. We went to the Bridgeview store and the apathetic store manager said "you gotta call customer service". We called several times no one got back to us. The installer rushed and forgot install s*** off valves. They threaten to push back our install. Pool floor is lumpy and can feel the metal brackets. The pool will have to be redone with new liner cause it seems we have a leak. American sale has not addressed our issues and difficult to talk to some regarding getting it fixed. Contacted them various times via email or call and got nothing. Paid a lot of money for this. Terrible delivery service. Not careful at all. Hot tub fell from the trailer and they looked around to see if anyone saw. I was standing right there! They continued to set up the hot tub and once I got inside it to wipe it down I found multiple parts broken. They didnt inspect the hot tub at all after dropping it. 10k hot tub that I cant even use now. Cant fill it up yet, now I need to wait weeks for them to come fix it! Avoid this place! No call was received when the item arrived and had been in their warehouse for weeks. I was told to take the issue up with the salesman *********The item was delivered to an address in a neighboring town. It took multiple calls to finally receive my item.

As stated by American Sale it is clearly A MANUFACTURED DEFECT that is allegedly covered under a 10 year warranty because we cannot find a tear. Brand new hot tub had a defect from day 1. ****************** is unresponsive, and it took multiple calls, and over a month to get resolution. Resolution was to swap out the tub with a new one, and hook it back up. When they delivered, they would not hook back up the electric so I had to pay an electrician again to come and pick it up. I contacted American Sales on June 2, 2022 after purchasing a new patio dining set. The table which is aluminum was advertised to have double baked on protection that would last for years. It didnt. Before I could even use the table the finish did not withstand the rain. It had horrible unsightly spots.
