No call was received when the item arrived and had been in their warehouse for weeks. I was told to take the issue up with the salesman *********The item was delivered to an address in a neighboring town. It took multiple calls to finally receive my item.

DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN SALE!1 year later Our liner has a defect and is leaking. As stated by American Sale it is clearly A MANUFACTURED DEFECT that is allegedly covered under a 10 year warranty because we cannot find a tear. Brand new hot tub had a defect from day 1. ****************** is unresponsive, and it took multiple calls, and over a month to get resolution. Resolution was to swap out the tub with a new one, and hook it back up. When they delivered, they would not hook back up the electric so I had to pay an electrician again to come and pick it up. I contacted American Sales on June 2, 2022 after purchasing a new patio dining set. The table which is aluminum was advertised to have double baked on protection that would last for years. It didnt. Before I could even use the table the finish did not withstand the rain. It had horrible unsightly spots. My Patio chair was delivered with one leveler missing,chair was suppose to be replaced instead the delivery guys took the chair apart on the truck and put a another part on the chair with a leveler on it,now the chair legs are uneven we were told to just sit in the chair and it will get better,we did not accept that and had the delivery guys to correct the problem by leveling the chair legs,the delivery was terrible.

If you want to spend a lot of money on a cheap pool (10k for a 21 foot pool) go to American Sales. They wont tell you about the horrible installers they contract with or that they have downgraded their pumps and filters. The ladders they supply are garbage. No one is available to help a newbie with any questions. Horrible experience and definitely avoid OUTDOOR SPECIALSTS as your installers.

Just like many of the others reviewing on here say, once American Sale has your money they are done with you. They have Shady sales practices, like withholding information. Example: The salesperson made it seem like we would have our pool installed in late May early June. They delivered it end of May, and I had to store everything inconveniently in my garage. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! I paid for everything up front and had nothing but problems with the installer who sent a guy out in advance to **** the ground and the guy ended up digging the ground before ComEd had even marked the ground and sure enough he dug right over the electrical lines! That was just one of the issues it became one problem after another and trying to get any help from American sales is a joke! Pool was installed with giant craters and sharp spots under. Paid for sand and barely any was used. The strainer that connects to the filter was even on backwards. The pool is so limo at the bottom its ridiculous
