My Patio chair was delivered with one leveler missing,chair was suppose to be replaced instead the delivery guys took the chair apart on the truck and put a another part on the chair with a leveler on it,now the chair legs are uneven we were told to just sit in the chair and it will get better,we did not accept that and had the delivery guys to correct the problem by leveling the chair legs,the delivery was terrible.

If you want to spend a lot of money on a cheap pool (10k for a 21 foot pool) go to American Sales. They wont tell you about the horrible installers they contract with or that they have downgraded their pumps and filters. The ladders they supply are garbage. No one is available to help a newbie with any questions. Horrible experience and definitely avoid OUTDOOR SPECIALSTS as your installers.

Just like many of the others reviewing on here say, once American Sale has your money they are done with you. They have Shady sales practices, like withholding information. Example: The salesperson made it seem like we would have our pool installed in late May early June. They delivered it end of May, and I had to store everything inconveniently in my garage. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! I paid for everything up front and had nothing but problems with the installer who sent a guy out in advance to **** the ground and the guy ended up digging the ground before ComEd had even marked the ground and sure enough he dug right over the electrical lines! That was just one of the issues it became one problem after another and trying to get any help from American sales is a joke! Pool was installed with giant craters and sharp spots under. Paid for sand and barely any was used. The strainer that connects to the filter was even on backwards. The pool is so limo at the bottom its ridiculous

Over a year ago, in February/March 2021 I believe! We ordered/purchased a hot tub and paid cash. Almost 5k!!! The delivery was delayed because of the cargo ships being stuck in the canal.. we finally received our hottub in late April. But it didn't come with stairs or a lidlift!! Both, we were told, were on back order for over a year!!! I expressed that we would need stairs sooner than that, as my husband is disabled and needs them to get into the hotttub more easily. Horrible job, they sold me a pool in the begging of May. Really quick delivery, with in 3 days. Then they said an installer would reach out to me with 10 business days to arrange an install ( which they told me in the store would be end of June-early July). Everything was fine until after about 2 weeks no one called, so I started to call the corporate office to what was going on. Its been horrible. Why well my expectations of your company were high thought one of the better places to go for a grill . The first grill came damaged missing parts . The delivery guys were ****. In a hurry didnt care about anything. Had to return that grill second grill just as bad took forever to get it when it was in stock everywhere else had to call mirrors checking on order. Many issues with this order. My phone number was transposed in their system. The order was not found. The order was not delivered on time as the delivery truck broke down. The quality of the furniture does not equal the price. **************** calls go to an answering machine. The live agent never calls back.
