We took our dog to Animal Care Center of Downers Grove today for a new patient visit and it was the best experience we've ever had at a vets office. There was hardly any waiting (which is one of my least favourite parts of a vet visit) and the vet tech and veterenarian (Dr. Clough) were both so sweet, attentive and kind! Hands down blows all the other vet clinics I've visited out of the water!

They have taken great care of our cats. We've had multiple situations in which we needed to call with questions or have an emergency visit and each time we have been well taken care of. Each staff shows great respect and consideration in regard to our pets.

We absolutely love this vet. We've been going here for 2 1/2 years, and they take care of our pets like they are their own. Over the years we have brought four cats and one dog here, and have sadly lost two during this time. Our last kitty had been chronically ill and went through a pretty unexpected and serious illness at the end. We chose to manage her needs at home bc she seemed to be getting better, but took a really quick turn for the worst. Dr. True is the absolute best! My 5year old husky 8 weeks ago had double ACL surgery and tore both her acl's and meniscus. We were so worried about her dr. True made me as an owner very comfortable and did an amazing job on both oh her knees! The whole treatment staff is always super kind and willing to answer any of my questions/ concerns! I took my dog here when no one else could or would get her in even Banfield where I had purchased the pet care plan which I will never do again. My dog was so sick and Banfield tested her and charged me for things but could never tell me why her weight kept dropping and health kept declining nor why she she could barely walk. So in a desperate attempt for answers I went here and they informed me that my Coco had Cancer and that they could give her meds to keep her comfortable but that they didn't anticipate improvement. Our dog just had ACL Surgery! I couldn't be happier. The facility is bright & clean, staff was informative and friendly and Dr True not only spoke with me and explained everything at the first consultation, but he called me right after the surgery to let me know all went well. My dog was able to come home same day! Cost was far more reasonable than 2 others I received! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Let me tell you a few things about miracles. My cat goldy had a polyp for years in her ear with a infection for over 2 years. I could not afford the surgery do to my wife and daughters medical issues. I reached out to Dr. Tony kremer who told me To see Dr. True and that he would cover our bill. Dr. True removed the polyp in one visit. These people are not just people, they are very special people. They care more about the pets then money, literally. I came here when my newly adopted kitty got sick out of nowhere and everyone else in the area including my usual vet were all booked up. They were so nice on the phone and told me to come right in. They were able to see my kitty immediately. Vet was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They also were very reasonable in terms of their prices. Was happy with my experience. Most importantly they were able to make kitty better!
Great experience at last appointment 1/23/22. Dog just needed an updated vaccine. Staff was friendly and fast, I was in and out the door in 10 minutes. Lobby was clean and quiet, perfect for my nervous dog. I travel 45 minutes just to come to this location.
