We took our Labrador into Emergency due to sudden diarrhea that turned bloody on Sunday the 21st. He had to be on an IV for 4 days. It was extremely frightening, I really thought I was going to lose him. He was diagnosed with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, something I have never dealt with before. The texting communication helped so much with updates. When he was stabilized enough to come home on Thanksgiving afternoon I was so relieved. Everyone that we had contact with including the Dr. was great. Treated me with compassion and respect and explained the course of treatment to be followed. The staff spoiled Cinder with belly rubs etc that is a tough act to follow😊. Very impressed with the experience.

We took our little guy named Doc in yesterday afternoon! They did an awesome job with him ! I would for sure recommend them ! Our little guy is back to being lovable and playful! Doc is a jag terrier!

We took our pup in Wednesday night after he’d been throwing up a ton and not eating, and the staff was SO friendly and kind in what was a very scary situation for us as first time pet parents. They sent us home with some anti nausea meds after doing some X-rays and not seeing anything too crazy but unfortunately his tummy issues got worse but from the other end… so we ended up back in Friday night and they offered a free recheck because it was under 48 hours.
