A very busy place yet the staff was kind, courteous, and informative. Took time to explain and also give me options on treatments. Took great care of my dog. Was around $100 more than I was told but sometimes that’s the nature of the business. Family member care is priceless.

Business response:

Thank you Brent! Ralph was a great patient and so adorable! We agree, our pets are precious family members and we do our best everyday to get them back home where they belong.

I cannot possibly say enough good things and express my appreciation adequately. My beloved Cattle Dog, Huck, was the victim of a gunshot blast while on a hike. Calls to familiar vets went unanswered until I remembered the Emergency Vet…imagine my relief when, as I am carrying a 50 pound dog, holding pressure and trying to make calls as I struggle through the woods, I hear a voice!! Oh my God, a real person answered the phone! All I heard was “yes, we can help…how fast can you get here?” While I waited for the police, my d... read more

Business response:

Thank you so much for the kind words Gail! We are so thankful that we were able to make such a traumatic situation a little easier for you and your family. Please give Huck our love and keep us updated on his progress.

If your pet needs help, this is the place to go. The staff and the vet that helped our family, were amazing. Dr. Brink was so clear with her plan and I have my dog home because of her.

Business response:

Thank you Missy! We were happy to help Ellie, we hope she is continuing to feel better at home. Give her some snuggles from us!

Astrid is a Pitbull/Aussie Cattledog mix and is 2.5 years old & rambunctious, fun and always on the go so I guess I shouldn’t have been shocked that she picked up a toad while we were out for a walk with her baby sister, Poppy last night. Astrid immediately started foaming at the mouth and vomiting and I was terrified as she’d been stung by a wasp just two weeks ago & literally blew up with hives, even her eyes were mere slits clearly showing that’s she’s allergic. So I was incredibly scared she’d have another, maybe even wo... read more

Business response:

Thank you for making Empress feel so much better! She had been lethargic and not eating hardly anything for about a week because her eye was bothering her so much. It was swollen shut and her normal vet was fully booked for about two weeks, so we took her in here and the doctor was amazing! Price was so reasonable for all the amazing care she got. She is feeling sooo much better, and her eye is open and so much less swollen! She’s even playing and purring again, and eating plenty. Thank you so much!!

Business response:

Thank you so much, Aurora! We appreciate your kindness and your willingness to share your experience. Hopefully you won't see us soon, but we are here if you ever need anything. Please pass our love on to Empress!
