RecommendedStaff was so sweet and loving to my dog Stanley and I felt that they treated him in a very timely manner being that his injury was not life threatening in nature. The communication with the Dr was excellent and direct.

Our dog Paisley fell down the stairs and suffered a grand mal seizure. We rushed her to AEH where they immediately took her back to be treated. We were in the waiting room until they accessed her and had a treatment plan. We had rushed out of the house so quickly I was wearing pajamas and freezing cold. They brought me a blanket while we waited. Paisley lacerated her mouth when she fell and since she was stable the next afternoon that was also repaired. The great staff that dedicate their time for the care & concerns of their patient. To the intake assistant, nurses and especially the doctors your hearts and souls are full of empathy. Communication is a very opened line and no matter what time of day or night you can always contact them on the stats of your furbaby with a response in minutes. Thank you 😊 💓

We had a rough 20 days where our dog first had a severe allergic reaction and had to be rushed to the hospital. They took excellent care of him and were very informative and communicated every step of the way with us. Three weeks later he was hit by a car and was again rushed to the hospital. He was taken in and exams and cared for by the excellent staff there. Again we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Great staff! Made me feel very relaxed with taking care of my Yorkie that had ate rat poison! Im so thankful 🥲 For future customers: the process to Get checked in was glitchy on my phone. I had to restart after the 20th question. Use the tablet they provide to get checked in faster!

Thank you for taking such good care of my kitty! Check in was fast, I got a call from the veterinarian directly, and they gave pumpkin great care despite her intense stranger danger. They even sent me home with some food. I felt informed and I know what to watch out for in the next 24 hours.
