Everyone was super friendly and inviting. My puppy Trixie had to stay overnight and everyone was so attentive to her and made sure they stayed in constant contact with us throughout the night. When it came time for meds and discharge, staff was very descriptive in care directions and made sure to answer any questions. They also made payment very easy and have many choices to help finance your dogs trip to the vet. I was very happy with our service.

They were quite possibly the most caring & compassionate veterinarians my dog has ever seen!!!! When faced with an extremely difficult situation, they got my baby the medication she needed so her blood pressure would be under control!!

Great experience with AEH (again). The staff was amazing, starting with the staff that answered the doorbell, answered phones, text updates and the 2 Vets I worked with were knowledgeable and explained everything! I didn't feel rushed on the phone with questions. I even got photos sent to me, which helped put my mind at ease. the staff did a great job communicating the process and evaluating my cattle dog/blue heeler who had gotten into trouble eating parts of a toy. she had a blockage that she ended up passing once she arrived but they did a great job checking her over to make sure she was clear of more parts. worth every penny for the peace of mind. would trust them anytime with any of my pets.

I highly recommend Animal Emergency Hospital. They took such great care of my Maggie. They answered all of my questions, sent me updates and pictures often and made me feel very comfortable with leaving my puppy there, knowing she was going in for a very serious/life threatening surgery. 10/10 Thank you all so much!♡

They took my dogs condition seriously when no other emergency vet would!! They performed same day surgery, gave me very detailed options and kept me informed during the whole time she was there. We couldn’t be happier or more thankful with the care she received! We had to drive an hour to get there when MSU refused to treat her but it was worth the drive!!
