Yes there was little communication on any pick up times or anything like that, however they were incredibly maxed out with patients. They were still on top of communication with me on how Jax was doing regardless if he actually received any treatments or not quite yet. Everyone I talked to and dealt with were extremely caring and friendly. They took the best care of my cat while he was there. Even though the final payment was more than I thought it would be, it's kind of expected when going to an emergency vet. Definitely would go back to them if another emergency occurs with any of my animals. Highly recommend them for your pets emergency needs.

We have been here twice. First to help us with our dog Rocky who was sick and ended up passing away. Next was last night when our other dog had a bad reaction to a shot. They were packed with pets but thru for us in and took care of Noah. These folks were great to us. Kind, compassionate and just big hearted people. Wish I could hug them all for what they have done for both of my dogs. Major thank you to Dr. Wollfe who took care of both dogs. God bless all of you.

When my own vet would not take my puppy They did. I was a little disappointed with the wait time to even get a apt but once I got her in they were very fast about taking a look at her getting x rays done and sending me on my way. The staff I encountered was super friendly and went above and beyond to help. For ever thankful for them in our time of need!

The veterinarians and staff at Animal Emergency Hospital were very helpful, supportive and friendly. They made a very scary experience for my pet a little bit easier. I was able to call for an update each day and spoke with one of the vets at least once a day. It was very uplifting to receive pictures of my pet each day she was in the hospital. I highly recommend Animal Emergency Hospital should you need to use an Emergency Hospital for your pets.

I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and attentive staff/experience through a difficult time. I brought in my 11 year old dachshund, Rouge and I was provided updates and even sent pictures of her while she was there. Thank you for having a caring and genuine staff, it made me feel like she mattered!
