RecommendedWe took our pup to AEH last night after months of misdiagnosis at our normal vet. Dr Rowland was able to accurately diagnose our pups problem and now we have a plan for treatment moving forward. They are very busy but after our experience there last night, I can see why. They were fantastic!

A cat had been hit by a car . Sadly we didn’t know who’s cat it was . But we knew we could not leave the the sweet baby there . We called then animal emergency hospital to see if they would scan for chip . The staff was so friendly told us to bring him in free of charge . We brought him in , no chip. They offered to keep him for a day and they would cremate him at no cost . Thank you for being so amazing !!!!

There's not enough words to describe how amazing this vet hospital is! After a freak accident with our kitten, Graydon, while on vacation in Silver Lake, we couldn't find any vet near us to help. This was the closest one we could find and thank God we did. They were waiting when we arrived to take our sweet kitten. They provided amazing care to him, while in constant contact with us. So very pleased with my visit to AEH. Thank you Dr. Gerbers and the staff for taking such good care of my puppy. I came home feeling confident that my girl was going to be fine. If I need to go back, I know we will be treated well and with respect.

They took amazing care of Whiskey after a tragic car accident, when we got there we were immediately seen and after a waiting they provided us with information for the next steps. Whiskey had to stay the night and they were able to text pictures. They continue to answer my questions after discharge and I do not feel like a burden! Though I never want to be back there again(as it was very emotional day) I highly recommend and they took wonderful care of our fur baby. What a great experience! They made sure to be in contact with us throughout the process, but also was very good with estimated times! They enjoyed our well behaved shepherd, but we really enjoyed the way they took care of our girl!

They were compassionate and professional with us during a stressful situation. I’m glad that they were there for,took good care of and got my dog back home to us. The third pic was added just 3 days after his surgical procedure to repair the damage to his ear from a dog bit. The last pic is today 11/1/21. I have to recommend because we don’t have other options for emergency pet care in our area. They were great at saving our pup from shock as he had a traumatic event. However, getting him transferred to his regular vet the next am was way more difficult than it should have been. It also seemed like once they knew we intended on getting him moved as soon as he was stable enough they piled every possible charge on they could.
