We have been to AERA twice over the past three years and both times we were met with compassion and nice staff from start to finish. The doctors are kind and well equipped to provide answers and testing that is necessary to provide diagnosis and treatment when a local vet doesn't have equipment. We have also been happy with a short wait time to obtain appointments and results from tests.

This my go-to emergency veterinarian. We continue to have stellar service from the front office staff, the technicians, and veterinarians. I am a veterinarian myself and for off hours issues with my own personal dog I continue to entrust these guys with his care and am always consistently impressed.

We brought my dog Padmé to AERA for two surgeries: one in November 2023 for an MPL repair in her right back leg and another in March 2025 for a TTA for a torn CCL in her left back leg. Both times, Dr. Culbert performed the surgery. I would not trust anyone more than her to care for our dog. She is incredibly knowledgeable and had our dog's best interest at heart throughout the process. My first experience at AERA was with Marina on the phone. Naturally, I was upset about my dog but she calmly directed me to the proper departments. Five months later, I still am grateful for her help and kindness. She is a very special person. Dr Chang is outstanding. He diagnosed and treated my dog for cancer. He is very caring and delightful. Took my dogs here for a few years now. They just updated their location. Very friendly and outgoing staff. No one wants to take their pets here. To see them in pain that is. But when you have to . They are extremely great people treated me and dogs with respect. I want to thank everyone there for everything they do.

Dr Grenet and the ladies in reception(sorry I forget your names) were absolutely wonderful. We unfortunately had to euthanize or 6 yr old boxer,they were all so compassionate and kind .. I highly recommend them! Thank you for your kindness... it will not be forgotten. !

Our greyhound Ebony had thyroid cancer and our vet gave us three vets to choose for treatment. We picked this one based on all we could learn and we were not disappointed. The have all the equipment for high end care - they are little different from a hospital that treats people. The oncologist, Dr Chang loves pets and did his best. Our Ebony is doing well.

We cannot say enough good things about AERA and we are so grateful that they were here for us in our moment of need for our 11 year old precious dog Lolo. Every person there from front desk staff, techs and vets, were so kind, compassionate and professional. Ultimately our Lolo could not be saved but our hearts are filled with thankfulness for Dr. Shelby who answered all our questions and with extreme empathy helped us to make our decision. Took our Lab here tonight for a mail ripped to the bone; they were amazing. The whole staff is kind and courteous and empathetic. The wait was minimal, the fee so affordable. The vet was thorough and made us feel at ease right away. Highly recommend this hospital for a let emergency.
