Hospital is brand new and super clean. Nicer than "humans" hospital. Staff was very nice and helpful Quickly saw Cozmo and addressed issues

Having been referred here by our vet to visit a specialist we were not sure what to expect. Our visit from top to bottom was truly amazing. The check in staff, vet techs and Dr.G really went out of their to allay any of our fears and answer all our questions. The interactions we witnessed with the emergency patients was also top notch. I didn't feel like just a number and we got our kitty in and out with answers as to what was ailing him. Excellent experience.

This was a yearly exam for my feline. Everything went quickly and smoothly with the final result explained to be at the end of the echocardiogram. Customer service and animal care

We very much appreciate the outstanding dental care Dr. Jim Jung at AERA in West Caldwell provided for our dog, Mavis (April 2022). Mavis needed work on her teeth, and Dr. Jung did an awesome job with her dental surgery. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly in advance of the procedure, and provided very good follow-up information for us as well. I'm extremely grateful for AERA and their services. My dog had multiple seizures out of nowhere on a Sunday and nothing in my area was open. I was forced to go here because it was the closest place to me and I'm very happy we ended up here. From the beginning of our experience they were honest and up front about her prognosis, treatments, and the costs. Service is good. Sick animals are triaged quickly. The staff is generally very helpful. Triage and diagnostic services are very efficient

My baby boy got real sick on Saturday afternoon and we rushed him to AERA in fairfield... He unfortunately lost his life due to his medical conditions. But I wanted to take the time to say how greatful we are for this place and the amazing staff.. They comforted us during a very difficult time.. Words could not express the gratitude I have for this place. Dr. Romanides and a Tech (who's name I don't remember but she had a tattoo on her hand) were some of the most compassionate people i've ever met. The things they did for us was more than we could have ever asked for. You can tell they really love the animals and what they do and that for them it isn't just about the money. It was a tough week for us and having such a great team really made a big impact on us. Thank youx10000.
