We are so pleased with the care we received. The emergency doctor diagnosed the condition of our sick little girl and quickly took care of our emergency situation. Unfortunately we were in need of emergency surgery. It was a holiday weekend with no available surgeons. She discussed the situation with the Anesthesiologist they both felt he could do the surgery, time was truly of the essence. I was impressed with the level of care, and Raven is feeling so much better. Not back to her old self, but I can see improvement each day she is home. Every day like clockwork, I would receive updates regarding Raven. They were always honest about my pet's condition.

AERA saved my dog's life after he suffered from a heat stroke on his daily walk. After frantically calling my normal vet which was closed thank god AERA is opened (24/7) because time was critical. Due to the quick work of Dr Fosset and the staff they quickly intubated my dog and stabilized him. His condition and medical costs where updated periodically by the Doctors and staff and I owe them a debt of gratitude!

I'm so happy with the care Blue received at AERA. The doctors and all of the staff are clearly capable and they care so much about the animals and the pet parents. So organized and efficient! And Dr Jung was so capable and got Blue home to us quickly so he could recover with his family.

The staff was helpful and caring. I felt we were in good hands. Also there was almost no waiting time, which is so important! Have caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

It was a great experience given the circumstances. The doctors and staff were always very responsive, caring and respectful. The update of medical information was always given in a timely manner. Communication was timely and effective in a very thoughtful and caring manner.

I highly recommend Animal Emergency and Referral Associates. Dr. Brophy was excellent as well as his staff. Everyone is attentive and caring for your fur babies. I was fully informed about the TPLO procedure that my dog was having. Dr. Brophy patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. They kept in contact with me and allowed me to call to check on her throughout her overnight stay at the hospital. I was very grateful for Dr. Brophy and Staff and couldn't have asked for better surgical expertise and care.

Wonderful friendly staff. Dr. Byrd helped fit my 8 year old Great Dane to his wheelchair, after they suggested I get the "Help em Up" lift harness. Gabe had a degenerative spinal chord issue and over two years he lost all use of his back legs. I could not have ask any more from them, they all were, 5 of the staff working on Gabe, getting him in the"Walking wheels" wheelchair. My 9mo kitty Chieko got into some chocolate this morning and ate 4 whole pieces. I panicked and started to search online for a solid answer to gauge the severity of the situation but couldn't find much info. I called Animal Emergency and Referral associates and every single person I spoke with was so kind, understanding, and helpful.
