Would give 0 stars if I could. Their door to door tactics are straight up harassment. They ignored both of my no soliciting signs, rang the doorbell 3 times, pounded on the door, and rang the doorbell three more times. They woke up a daysleeper in the house, freaked out my skittish animals, and woke my 10 month old baby. Their services must be as terrible as their etiquette if they have to resort to harassing people to book with them.

Worst service ever! I called their office to schedule an appointment to have a routine service performed, upon answer I was greeted with a rude tone and attitude. While speaking with the representative I had to repeat myself 30 times because they were half ass listening. When I made it a point to bring to their attention I was called a bitch because I was interfering with their work. Would give them zero stars if I could. Anthem came to spray my neighbors house and during their visit, I heard my outside water running. Then I see a man standing right outside my bathroom window. Sure enough, it was the anthem pest control guy filling up his water tank with my water hose to spray not my house but my neighbors. A guy walking door to door convinced me to use them. I said I only would do the mosquito spraying. Told me he would spray through October for the set rate. The spraying was good and it helped a lot. I paid with a credit card. After each time they sprayed I would get an email saying they would charge my card on file. For October, I reschedule to another time. Terrible sales practices, dangerously following women and children into garages uninvited. Pressure forward sales team who won't take no for an answer. Dishonest advertising claiming a BBB rating on their website, the real grade is an F. They are trying to claim that rating of a parent company, Aruza. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

If you hired Devin Smith a representative of Anthem Pest Control, well I will never do business with your company. As a consumer I choose how I desire to spend my money. He was rude and super aggressive. He would not except no for an answer. After telling him no, he said he would come back I told him I would report him to the police. His response was I am not scared of the police. Again if he does represent your company well I would never do business with Anthem if this is the type of people you hire to represent your brand.

They spray my place and continue to charge me for a service with no actual effect I can spray myself and they say I'm on a contract and have to pay early termination fee I'm not just not going to pay that early termination because they don't deserve money I earn my money with very hard work with no results that's actually called fraud work from there side since they don't have any effect let's see what my attorney has to say about this .

Scammers I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their prices are significantly higher than competitors, and their service visits last only about 10 minutes. They attempted to scam me into purchasing termite control. I explicitly told the salesperson I wasn't interested, but he asked me to sign something on his phone, claiming it was just to confirm we had discussed it. Later, I found out it was actually a contract. This is a shady business practice. I strongly advise staying away from this company.

I want to be clear, I am not one of those reviewers that just loves to come here and complain. Frankly, I'd rather compliment. However, my experience with Anthem has been so poor-- here I am.
