Beware when you buy furniture from Arhaus. As customers we are told that our heirloom purchases come with a guaranteed repair service. This is an absolute lie. My entertainment center collapsed on its own and now there's nowhere to take it for repair. They gave me a number to call...to get the "run around" and after that they will ghost you. The number they give you to call will tell you that they don't service your area. Disappointed.

By far the worst customer service we have ever had, especially after paying so much for a couch. Our couch was delivered wrong, they never re ordered it, the store manager never reached out to me, it takes months to get ahold of someone, they tell me they will refund me “30%” off and that it will be in my account 3-5 business days, well the store manager finally tells me oh I am sorry I did not know company policy was that you can get your refund until the couch we finally reorder comes in, which by the way my original couch... read more

Bought a kitchen table and chairs, they said 8 weeks and they would call, after 10 weeks my wife called and they said it was in. They set up our delivery for Saturday and said they would send a 2 hour window....they never sent it had to call again. These 2 idiots show up and barely speak English, they put the table and chairs together and left. My wife and I bought this beautiful leather chair. Very comfortable and looks great. Sadly, we noticed the welting on one side came ‘undone’. There is no glue residue or nail/staple holes that I can see. I contacted the people that the store told me to, sent them a photo. I was informed the ‘warranty’ does not cover leather...its a freaking leather chair. Our kids are grown and it’s just us, this isn’t a wear and tear issue. It’s a QUALITY issue. This is not our only purchase from this store either, but it is my last.

I recently went to Arhaus (5000 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY) for a slipcovered sofa because they told me certain items were in stock and I could get them within 6 weeks vs Pottery Barn (go there, trust me). I just rented a truck and drove close to 100 miles round trip to purchase a display sofa and chair that the sales girl said was available, over 2000 in merchandise and was going to hold for me , 5 minutes away she called to say I could look at it and purchase it but would need to leave over the weekend so they wouldn't have a vacant spot on sales floor! really... so not only was I out the 200 for the truck but the time and aggravation ,unbelievable I will never shop her again!

I bought a sofa and 9 months later the fabric started to pill horribly. I contacted the store and was told that this was considered wear and tear and was not covered under the 1 year warranty. There are two people in my house (no kids) and the sofa doesn’t even get used on a daily basis. How much wear and tear can there be in 9 months? This was my first time purchasing furniture from Arhaus and I will not do it again. So disappointing.
