I have purchased a full patio set, leather recliner, and rug from Arhaus. I must say the furniture is beautiful...but be prepared to wait as their incompetent team tries to execute a correct delivery. We placed our order back in September of 2020 and to this date 5/13/21 we still do not have our actual full set. This company is very disorganized and customer service after you’ve paid is horrible.
Arhaus Torrance has zero post sales help. Not a returned message call, not a call when there is a delay, not a call when shipping dates change, from either the sales associate or manager (even when promised) ... what's up?
Like many other customers, I am still waiting on my piece to be delivered and am at roughly 6 months with no real update. Worse yet, when I called to speak to the manager, as my sales person suggested, Sean was in the store but too busy to take or return a call. Good selection of furniture. The WORST customer experience. I spent $16,000 worth of furniture and lighting in November. I was told I would receive some things in a few months, everything in approximately 4 months. Six months later, still no couch, two chairs, three bar stools. The first delivery after four months was two leather recliners. Both came damaged. BIG hassle getting people to call you back or do what they say. BIG hassle being properly reimbursed. Buyer Beware! Do not buy from Arhaus! Terrible customer service and the furniture is garbage for the price you pay. We have had our couch for 3 years and it has broken twice now. You would think this was high quality furniture but it is not. The first time the couch broke they ordered the wrong parts to fix it and had to reorder them. “Never judge a book by its cover”. This adage fits Arhaus perfectly. The furniture selection & quality seems to be impeccable. However, The service and response is absolutely abhorrent. We ordered furniture & paid 50% deposit only to get 14 week leadtime and no follow up. When we tried to cancel -we got a receipt for credit but no refund on credit card as of yet after 4 weeks. AVOID! Bought + paid for a couch in early October that was supposed to be delivered early last month. Everyday they tell me they don't know where it is but they're sure it will be delivered today (???). They have passed me around from person to person who hasn't given me any information and hasn't been of any help. Truly awful.

The sales staff is good (Hazel) while your in the store and the furniture is great quality. Hazel never bothered to call us with the multiple delays, I had to keep chasing the information. once you leave the showroom it takes months longer to deliver. My main complaint is no one calls you, no customer service to give you notice it is delayed and delayed and delayed!!!
