We bought the Lawrence media unit for $5364. The unit was defective when it arrived. They sent a second unit several weeks later which was also defective. For a luxury furnishing store, their customer service is appalling. I have sent them photographs of the defects, and their excuse is that it is a manufacturer's defect. I purchased furniture in early January to be delivered to my new home in Austin, Tx. I requested a delivery date of April 12. I was told that would be no problem as the table I ordered (along with 2 sofas and 6 chairs) would be in by mid March at the latest. I was happy with this situation. I am not happy with Arhaus customer service. (concierge) Purchased an item on 12 mos terms, no interest. Always a great deal right? Apparently my purchase agreement states that terms begin at purchase, although I did wait for a statement to follow. (to have an invoice to pay from) At this time I was already 2 months behind. I just visited this store. It is a beautiful store, but the customer service was non-existent. I was in the store about 20 minutes, and was never approached by an employee. I saw what I think were 3 employees. One was on a personal call, and the other 2 were behind the counter talking to each other, and seemed very involved with the story that was being told. Although I like the store, this kind of service doesn't make me want to be a customer.
Place is terrible. Had delivery issues and I have given them many chances to resolve with no resolution. They don’t call back or respond to emails, it’s odd. Lots of better choices in the area, I’d say go anywhere else.
Don't buy the protection plan!! It's sold as a "worry free guarantee" but my experience is anything but. I've also reached out to Arhaus to try to get it resolved and have hear nothing back. Very disappointing experience on the service side (though I've been happy with the furniture).
Arhaus - Furniture store - Edina Mn - Buyer Beware. August 2017, ordered several pieces of furniture, including a custom chair and 2 custom sofas (74" length & 46" depth and 94" length & 46" depth. November 2017 rec'd damage chair with tags removed, rec'd both sofas 2"+ shorter in length and depth, one sofa has tags for Crate and Barrel, the other Arhaus, very odd. Super rude to my teenagers. Told my daughter to move and then I overheard her tell an associate, “I’ll watch them”. They don’t need watching at 13 and 16 and are good Christian kids. They have had their shots and they are potty trained. Won’t ever be back.
When we moved in to our house, we decided it was time to get nice bedroom furniture. We splurged on a set from Arhaus that we planned on having forever. I regret that decision. We have had four drawer glides break. The last one broke on Thanksgiving weekend. I have called the Arhaus concierge a dozen times since then. They “don’t have any replacements in stock.” They probably ran out sending them to all the other people that bought this set. I keep hearing “we’ll have them next month” for the last three months!!!
