The guy came out and could not find a obvious leak but found what he believes to be the source. It is not a issue that he believes homeowners would cover, so I will call them when I can come up with the money. Overall however I was extremely impressed and very satisfied with how things went.
Mikey and Kevin did a thorough job with our roof tune up. They provided excellent service and documentation of the condition of our roof. We really appreciated all the pictures they provided showing us the condition of our roof and the repairs they made. The tune up was well worth the cost!
Erik and Alex performed an inspection of my roof, added caulk and nails where needed, cleaned the gutters, and gave me a full explanation and written report, complete with pictures. I was so pleased with their service and I highly recommend these two gentlemen as well as the company. They were so professional, friendly, and prompt. They spent as much time as I needed them to, to explain and answer my questions. I was extremely satisfied, and will use this company again!
Great! Jason and Alex arrived on time, cleaned front gutter and checked rear gutter, caulked where needed, and replaced shingles lost to high winds. They provided photo records of inspection and repairs. I would hire again.
