Very professional and on task
Was able to schedule a roof inspection on short notice. Bryan Smith walked the roof, made several minor repairs and documented the problems that were on the roof. Service was great and expect to use them again if a problem arises.
We have a service contract with Arocon for gutter cleaning and roof inspection. Scheduling appointments is hassle free and the quality of their work is consistently great. Bryan has been out to our house several times. It is refreshing to see a company that can hang on to good and competent employees these days. They never leave a mess behind.
I had an Owens Corning Deck Seal installed on my roof a day ago, and the crew was efficient and professional. Afterwards, they (and supervisor Andrew) cleaned up even the smallest items from around the perimeter of the house. After the install, Andrew answered all my questions. The crew, Andrew, the estimator Mikey, and the office staff were great to work with. So I highly recommend Arocon.
Scheduled a roof and gutter tune up. Chris and Bryan were professional, friendly and efficient. I received photos with the before and after of my gutters a few minutes after the job was completed. Would recommend and will be using again to maintain my gutters.
It's early days (Bryan just came out today, to perform AROCON's roofing/gutter tune-up). He took lots of photos, which was really helpful. I'll write another review later, once all their roofing work is done. But so far so good! :-)
I cannot say enough about how GREAT this company is! I have their "Home Confidence Plan! It's the best investment I ever made! Preston and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job! They came by last week and did my maintenance on my roof and gutters. We had a horrible wind storm the other day and there was leaves and debris on the roof and gutters. My plan come with 2 emergency visits a year. I called the company and they sent Preston right over to clean the debris! OUTSTANDING JOB!
To anyone who needs a roof issue addressed: don't put it off. And to those who made a commitment to address their roof issues: go with AROCON. It was about a year ago when I first started to see water coming into the house after a major (or for that matter, any) storm.
