Adam & crew did a great job. Professional, accommodating, timely and willing to answer any questions or concerns. It was a large job which took about 2+ days. Each evening they cleaned up the yard before they left and did a thorough inspection when done. I met with Eric to discuss the project scope. He was professional and I received the estimate in a timely manner. Also, the estimate was reasonable and within our budget. Though the community board chose a different vendor for this specific project, we would have no problems in reaching out to AROCON for future work. I needed to replace 1-2 building roofs in a condominium community.
I called and easily got an appointment for the following week. Larry came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof, then gave me an estimate on the spot. I solicited quotes from 5 companies. Arocon’s price was very competitive and the attention to the details was unmatched. The warranty is top-notch. The work was performed on time and excellent quality. A couple of small issues after the install were resolved promptly. Everyone I had contact with including sales, customer service, and installers were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company Arocon installed new Owens Corning roof system and 6-inch gutters on my rancher in Columbia June 2017.
