We are thrilled with our new roof! Everything worked out beautifully from the beginning with the inspection and then onto Brock Murray (Project Supervisory) explaining everything we needed to know about shingles, replacing damaged wood, and gutters and soffits. The work was really well done in a timely manner. In between projects, it was comforting that I could get answers from either Brock or the project managers (Brittany, Amber or Katy). Arocon had two of their team members working on my neighbors roof a month ago and they noticed some siding had fallen off my chimney. They came over and made me aware of it and even text messaged me pictures of the damage. That made my decision to use Arocon pretty simple and I requested Will and Byron to do the work as they were the ones who made me aware of the issue. As mentioned in many other comments, their customer service is awesome! I had a different technician this year and he was as pleasant as my technician from last year. I recommend this company to all my homeowner friends, since I am huge on customer service and companies actually showing up during their service window. They always arrive on time and I look forward to continuing to use them in the future.

Arocon has excellent customer service. Brittany in the office explained the service and scheduled the appointment much sooner than I expected. As promised Bryan called prior to his arrival and kept me informed during their work. Bryan called again when they finished to share his findings. I was emailed the written report a short time later. Arocon performed the work on my father's house in a prompt and professional manner. I will not hesitate to contact them for service in the future.
