It was very good! They were on time and professional. The technician, Alex, was very knowledgeable about the roof and gutter. He was detailed in his explanation and thorough. I would request Alex's service again. On July, 25, 2019, they did a roof inspection and gutter cleaning and inspection. In addition to the gutter cleaning, he caulked areas of potential roof problems where applicable.
The technician was professional and detailed. I was given pictures of my attic and roof. The pictures of the roof were both before and after repair work was done. The price was reasonable. It would be great to receive some sort of warranty however for the work and materials. The next storm will prove the results of the work. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. We needed a few items addressed from a home inspection and had the tune-up service from Arocon. Our technician, Dylan, was fantastic! He was on time (even a little early), finished quickly, and provided before/after photos to show the great work they did. Excellent! The,technicians provided great service and pictures of work performed! Shingles replaced, repaired. Gutter leaking explanation was provided which was due to roofing install not performed by Arocon
We had leaks of unknown origin that Arocon has been working with us to try to address for some time. Finally they suggested we reshingle the roof, with some reluctance we agreed, but they did and amazing and fast job doing so. Would definitely recommend. Roof reshingling/repair
Dylan arrived on time and started work immediately. He did a great job. AROCON inspects the roof, gutters, and attic all for one price. Took before and after pics of all the work he did. He was also able to give estimates for gutter covers and adding a downspout to existing gutters. He gave his advice and talked about gutter maintenance going forward. Austin did a great job. He was punctual and explained exactly what he was going to do before he went up on the roof. After he finished, he showed me pictures and explained everything that he did. From start to finish, it took about an hour. Roof tune-up
