I've used Arocon for the roof and gutter tune up on 2/2/022 and I am beyond impressed. The technicians were courteous and walked me through the process. At the end of the inspection they provided me with pictures of my roof and gutters along with an inspection report. I'm never getting on my roof so the pictures were extra comforting to receive. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

We are thrilled with our new roof! Everything worked out beautifully from the beginning with the inspection and then onto Brock Murray (Project Supervisory) explaining everything we needed to know about shingles, replacing damaged wood, and gutters and soffits. The work was really well done in a timely manner. In between projects, it was comforting that I could get answers from either Brock or the project managers (Brittany, Amber or Katy). Arocon is a great company and I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Catherine Guttmann

Arocon had two of their team members working on my neighbors roof a month ago and they noticed some siding had fallen off my chimney. They came over and made me aware of it and even text messaged me pictures of the damage. That made my decision to use Arocon pretty simple and I requested Will and Byron to do the work as they were the ones who made me aware of the issue. They came out today to start the work and were extremely professional and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend working with Arocon, Will and Byron were awesome and so was the customer service with the office team. Typically I would not write such a long review but they really do a great job.

Every part of our experience with Arocon was very professional and comfortable. No pressure for anything. We had an insurance claim for our roof and Jason worked hard to get us the money we deserved. Our project was completed quickly and perfect. They cleaned everything up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. I like getting pictures of the project since it was a roof we can not see. Jason took us through every step and made everything stress free. I will pass him along and recommend him to everyone!

So far, so good! They cleaned the gutters and will be sending me an estimate for gutter replacement in one area and a repair to the adjacent facia. Both gentlemen were respectful, on time and explained the process well. The cost was as advertised, always a good thing.

I just wanted to extend my thanks and appreciation to both Bryan Smith and River Kane for another great splendid job! They arrived promptly as promised today (12/15/21) and as always were extremely courteous, polite and professional. They explained in a clear and concise manner of the tasks they were going to perform and immediately set upon doing so. Their time management and proficiency in handling these tasks are admirable as the tasks were performed with such professionalism and skill. As always, they were extremely friendly and the detail in services were performed were beyond reproach. Upon completion of the tasks at hand, Bryan and River did a fantastic clean-up of the area. Bryan further explained that while cleaning the gutters, he examined the roof for any possible deficiencies and went on to explain that no additional work was needed at this time on the roof since his last visit -- another testament to the great work he does! Their exquisite work and professionalism are contributing factors of our continued and future utilization of services. We have and will continue to recommend their services and that of the company to others. In other words, sign us up for the upcoming year!!
