We have used this company for several years to do a "tune up" for our roof. Our last experience, included replacing several shingle tabs on our 20 year old roof that were lost from a recent Nor'easter. The technician, Andrew Hamilton, was courteous and professional. He replaced the missing tabs and serviced the remaining roof and evaluated its condition. All for a very reasonable price of less than $100. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Alex arrived very punctually at 8am as he said. He went on the roof and made minor repairs and caulked shiner nails and areas he saw needing touch ups. He took pictures of areas of concern for future consideration. He was professional, respectful, and efficient. He took time to explain all his findings and work. I hired Arocon for a roof tune up and gutter cleaning.

I called for a "roof tune-up" because I had some missing shingles and I received so much more. I received a complete write up of the status of the roof, information on not only the structure but how to maintain it. Generally well. The skylights were replaced successfully but along the way there were several scheduling problems Replacement of two skylights
Nikolas Gordon inspected my roof and determined that the builders never used house wrap and water was getting into roof joint behind the siding. Nikolas offered to caulk the immediate areas where the water was likely entering at no charge. He called in to the office for me to arrange for an estimate to re-side and wrap the house.
