OMG! What can I say? Antonio B. is what we call in the government as "the ultimate professional!" He called to say that he was on his way, then he called again to say that he was there and after he was finished he suggested that I get something done by a plumber. I am definitely a Happy Customer and will tell my neighbors and friends! Excellent job Arocon and Antonio...5 STARS, hands down!
Showed up the morning after I called. Antonio was very knowledgeable on the condition of the roof and their program. Promptly fixed everything he found. Friendly, professional and a true value. This service is a life saver providing true peace of mind.

Arocon Roofing technician Nick B. performed a roof and gutter tune up on Wednesday. He was very professional and had a great customer friendly disposition. Nick explained everything he was going to do before doing the work then explained the results after performing the tune-up. I felt like Nick gave an honest assessment of the roof and gutters condition and was not trying to oversell services. We made an appt to have someone from Arocon return to go over pricing for a new roof.
Fallin and Daunte arrived on time and did a good job. They were knowledgeble and professional. Overall I was satisfied .
Byran and Daunte arrived at the scheduled time for the roof inspection. There were a few minor issues that need attention, but they were promptly taken care of. Both Bryan and Daunte were friendly and professional in their tasks. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service they provided.
Great service, both on phone and in person. Easy to deal with and photo documentation of all issues allows better decision making by customer.
