Austin Lowe (my technician) was extremely professional, timely, and efficient. He arrived at my house on time, and quickly got to work on assessing the status of my gutters and roof. I cannot say enough good things about this company, specifically Eric Consuegra. My roof had much damage due to the March 2 storm. I faced problems with my insurance company, including that they wouldn't let me initially fle a claim. Eric helped me every step of the way. He always quickly responded to my questions. I purchased a roof tune-up with this company through Groupon. Unlike some companies that get overwhelmed when they offer a Groupon, I was able to schedule my tune up within a week and a half of making the call to schedule. I was given a 3 hour window, and the person they sent up showed up 5 minutes before the window started. He was very nice, honest, and professional. Arocon came out and gave estimate and then we hired them. They performed work a few weeks later and did a great job from beginning to end, including cleaning up after installation of siding. Siding replaced from wind damage
