Hunter Riley arrived on time and started to inspect my roof as soon as he was setup. He found a few loose shingles and replaced two collars of exhaust vents. He wrote up every thing he saw and corrected and forwarded pictures of the complete roof. There was no hard sell for a new roof and Mr. Riley was very helpful with the pictures and the status of my roof. Complete inspection pf a 20 year old roof

It didn't. I purchased the promotion for gutter tune up and cleaning through Angie's list. It is the first promotion i have bought since joining months ago. The email i got after i paid asked for preferred dates. These were ignored and the first date i could get was more than 2 weeks away. The appointment was made for between 2 and 5 today. The man came at 1:30 and finding me not at home, he spoke with my daughter. He left at 2:02. I hit traffic on my way yo be home and was delayed 20 minutes. Gutter cleaning was great. The technician Will explained what he did and he took pictures too. While doing the cleaning, they identified about 15 slate shingles that needed to be repaired. I said I'd like a quote so I could move forward with getting the shingles repaired. However, 7 weeks later and I still haven't received a quote to repair the slate shingles. This seems like it would be a very easy quote to give per shingle. I called several times and emailed, and I've been told multiple times they will get me a quote. I or... read more

They called promptly, but after looking at images of my house, they decided that their equipment could not work with the angles of my roof, and so the deal was not applicable here. I bought a $89 deal to have my gutters cleaned and "tuned up"

I contacted them in the early summer of 2016, and they kept promising me an estimate and that they'd do the work .... but in the end, they left me hanging. I was (and am) ready to hire them. I've had them work for me before, and while I went through backflips to get them to actually schedule and perform the work, once it was done, it was PERFECT. No work was performed. Something aboutsome portion of the roof is too deep and not safe for the technician and the technician decided not to do anything and left.
