Seamless process. I toured the unit on Monday evening and fell in love! Updated unit near the Lake, and very spacious for a studio at that price and location. Applied that same night and gave transparency about my finances. I was approved by Wednesday and signed the lease Thursday evening. 3 day process and my leasing agent and owners were flexible along the way with credit and move-in date. Great experience so far!

First of, I would like to mention that I am not a Bay Area native. I had moved from Southern California, where I think things were quite simpler in terms of rental properties. We have been with 2B Living since we opened door in our New Location at 4830 Mission Street, Suite 101 - San Francisco - California - All the team Especially Brooks Basking and Christy Ruiz, well in between others were extremelly helpful. Charlise showed us a property in Berkeley and was awesome! Very energetic and formed a cool relationship with my girlfriend and I in the short amount of time we were there. She was very funny and easy to talk to!

I had a little bit of bad experience with one of the leasing managers but Brooks who is the CEO took the time to discuss the experience I had, and then explained to me what could have gone wrong and he will set me up to view the apartment and that I wasn't singled out and hopefully that's true , (apartment I was initially told is leased by leasing manager but it wasn't. I will tour it and will update this post as needed.

My boyfriend and I have been living in an apartment managed by 2B living for about one year. Our property manager is Nelly Litovskaya and we've really enjoyed our relationship with her. She's so kind, professional, responsive, and reliable. She always answers the phone and responds to messages promptly. Our building is well maintained, neighbors are very friendly, maintenance is quick, and everyone is very helpful who I spoke to. We had some maintenance issues that came up and our manager was very responsive through the whole process. Nelly updated us on every step even on the weekend and accommodated our needs. We couldn't use our bedroom and she allowed me to take a meeting from a vacant apartment to avoid noise. 5 stars!

I have been living in an apartment managed by 2B Living for nearly a year now and have nothing but good things to say about this company and more specifically our property manager, Nelly. There were several maintenance issues (not uncommon for older San Francisco Victorian apartments) and Nelly was kind, efficient and professional about getting them fixed and taken care of. Overall very grateful that she has been our buildings point person!
