My experience in a 2B Living property has been nothing but exceptional. This isn't my first rodeo renting, and I can say without a doubt this is my smoothest experience so far. I'd especially like to commend the property manager Dave for making the experience so hospitable. From service jobs to his genuine kindness, he's made living in my new home painless.
Nelly was spectacular to work with and always made sure that any issues that arose were solved in a timely manner. In addition, she made a mouthwatering salad when I had to meet with her - which made my day. Nelly was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that everything was running smoothly and for that reason, I highly recommend her.
Nelly was great at communicating, always got back to me in a timely manner. Anytime there was a maintenance request., the issue was resolved immediately. Overall great experience!

We just moved into one of the apartment complexes managed by 2B Living, and it was a smooth experience. First day move in went by great, with lots of valuable information given.
2B Living recently took over managing my apartment complex this past July 1st, 2023 @ Niles Station in Fremont, CA. As soon as I heard about new management taking over, I went ahead and submitted a bunch of fix-it tickets through their new management portal: my sink was acting up, my exterior light was out, and I had an overhead kitchen light that hadn't been working properly in almost two years that previous management couldn't seem to fix. I would like to update my review and how my experience with working with someone new from this company went and how it has changed our whole experience with the leasing process. Lindzi the leasing manager had reached out to us yesterday to assist with our applicants since the previous person couldn't be reached. I viewed an apartment upstairs, and then attempted to view the downstairs apartment, but the lock was messed up so we couldn't get in. Before applying for the apartment I was told it looked the same, but the downstairs unit just had a bathtub. When doing a walkthrough of my new apartment, it was not the same as the upstairs unit. It has been a delight working with Nelly at 2B Living. She was extremely efficient, communicative and such a joy to work with, and really made my move less stressful, easier and hassle-free. She's also been very responsive to various requests and made the move-in process as smooth as possible. One of the best realtors/property managers I've had the pleasure of doing business with.
