Our partnership with 2B Living has been foundational for the success out our services business. We provide maintenance and turnover services for the buildings 2BL manages. In the 2 years we've worked together, everyone from their executives to their property managers have been graceful and kind. They are responsive and transparent. I had a great experience with 2B Living, especially working with Nelly, a senior property manager. She worked super hard to make sure we were feeling supported in negotiating rent, our move-out process, and any other odds and ends. She was very communicative, clear, and you can tell she cares for the tenants. I recently met someone looking for housing in SF, and immediately passed along her contact information. Housing is notoriously difficult in SF, but staff at 2B Living make it a breeze!

We own a multi-unit building in San Francisco. It's been managed by 2BL for the past 2 years and we've been so appreciative of the whole team. Dave and Dan have been managing the day to day and handing anything our tenants have needed in a timely manner. As a former resident of a 2BL property and also a former employee, I can't attest to the quality and service offered to all by 2BL. My experience both professionally and personally was a positive one and I continue to recommend friends and family. The staff at 2BL are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly they are tenant focused! Give them a try, they've got some beautiful and reasonably priced homes across the Bay and they're rated as one of the best places to work. 10/10 I highly recommend.

We love Ben, our Maintenance guru! He is a wonderful advocate for tenants and is a reasonable guy. We also have been supported by Damien, who is a good communicator and let's us know and the PM about things that need an extra eye. Ben was a big support when we needed our floors redone, and his flexibility made an uncomfortable situation bearable. We have lived in our unit for 8 years and this team is a great reason to stay! We also have had the best PM so far with Vincent! I appreciate your dedication.
