Very prompt to reply when there is a maintenance issue. The apartment complex I rent from is quiet and the property is clean as well as safe. I would recommend.
I had a great experience working with Vinnie Charitra! He replaced my stove exhaust quickly and efficiently, and the quality of his work was excellent. Highly recommend if you need any kitchen vent or exhaust work done!
I was greatly helped by Vin Charitra when he came by to fix and change my apartment's door key. He was friendly and made sure everything worked fine before he left, and the entire visit took only about 20 minutes or so.
I've had a great experience with 2B Living, and I especially want to recognize Nelly for being an outstanding property manager. She's been incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive--especially as I navigated a complex situation at 2242 Polk St due to an unexpected job change. I know rentals move extremely fast in the Bay area, so we applied to a house as soon as we finished touring. Initially, there was little communication from the property manager. After we followed up, we learned that someone else signed ahead of us Despite the disappointment, thankfully the leasing agent refunded our application fee because they never checked our credit. As landlords ourselves, we appreciate that they are extremely knowledgeable about locall regulations and stage their properties when move-in ready.
We leased a house in San Mateo, CA managed by 2B Living from August 2021 until just recently. They were a great management company to deal with throughout the process, handing us a beautifully kept up house and keeping it that way for us. If we ever move back to the area, we'll almost certainly contact them first to see if they have anything that suits us before we look elsewhere. A leak occurred during the rainy season and Eduardo responded quickly via text then followed with the tools to fix the problem and offered an outstanding service that was well beyond my awareness of the leak.
Signed up to tour with Kyle D, first place was a bust. However, Kyle offered to show me a location nearby within my budget. The second location was so beautiful, clean, and exactly fitting to what I was looking for. I applied for the place that night! Prices are good for the locations offered, I can't wait to move in!
We are in a unit managed by 2B living outside of their apartments. Overall the experience has been "fine" (probably closer to 3.5 to 4 stars). No serious issues or bad interactions or anything though. However, I'm not sure if something changed recently, or I just got lucky but we just had Vin Charitra helping out with some (minor) maintenance things.
