Wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the professional support I have received from Charlie for our Mulit-Family in San Jose. His responsiveness and high touch communication confirms to me that he is someone that cares and wants to make sure our property and tenants are taken care of as quickly as possible. Erin as well has provided us with great money generating ideas for the property and ways to increase the safety for our tenants.
I am a new resident to the 2B living community as of 10/2024. UPDATE 11/15/24: After receiving a response from the business owner on my Yelp review, I reached out and I'm now happy to come back and add 3 stars to my original 1 star review. I originally applied to 2B Living because I had spent hours looking at their beautiful and affordable properties. I was sad not to be able to get through to anyone to rent the unit I spent days choosing, but, given that is in the past, I'm very happy with Brooks' response to me. Vin helped us with the toilet issues, that the previous plumber couldn't. I'm quite happy with the results. Thank you, Vin!
Vin, who does maintenance, was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He fixed the hinge on my refrigerator, whose door fell on the floor as I tried to open it one time. He also was willing to change a high light bulb for me. Very knowledgeable...a job quickly and efficiently done in the middle of a heat wave, so even more grateful to Vin.
Ravin from 2B Living maintenance was very professional and fixed our plumbing issues in no time!
I have had great experience with this company. My building switched to them and Nelly made the switch as smooth as possible. She is always very responsive and on top of notifying residents of anything we had to know. Stephanie was also very responsive and helpful. Both really helpful and kind ladies.
2B Living Property group has pristine, renovated apartments. I have not ever had an issue with the maintenance requests as it is always expedited. The experience I've had with the property managers have also been pleasant - especially, Dino, who has helped me to smooth over any issues. Thanks for the pleasant experience in Oakland, CA.
