I discovered 2B Living, an apartment building, through a mutual friend and needed a quick rental. My friend, who already rents in a 2B Living building, referred me to Nelly. She promptly responded, arranged tours for budget-friendly units, explained the straightforward leasing process, and was incredibly kind and patient throughout. Although my move-in is in two to three months, I plan to return soon to finalize the rental deal. Grateful for Nelly's assistance.

I have been living here for over two years. Veronica has been extremely helpful with addressing any concerns regarding my lease. She's communicative, professional, responsive and follows through with her work. She' is truly awesome!! Highly recommend living here. Her and her staff are the BEST!!

My partner and I had an awesome, albeit it short, time with 2B Living! We went through the leasing process with 2B, whose lease I found to be quite straightforward. Their online management portal was easy to use and very functional, and their property manager, Nelly, was responsive, nice, and overall very welcoming! 2BL has been awesome. Recently moved here and my property manager is Nelly and she has been supper responsive with all my questions. She gave some really good recommendations on places around the neighborhood . 2BL makes it easy to pay rent and put in request unlike the previous place I lived. I like the apartment and it's nice that the residents are friendly. Would highly recommend Nelly and the 2Bliving team. Shout out to Nelly and Cristian - they are the best team.

We have been using 2B Living as our property manager for several years. It has been a great experience. Dave Aguire is our personal property manager and he is THE BEST! He communicates everything between the owner and tenants timely and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. He is a true professional. We are never worried about our tenants being happy. Dave fixes all issues quickly and is always dependable when an emergency arrises. I cannot recommend a better property manager than Dave Aguire at 2B Living!

I have mainly worked with Nelly and Jordan from 2B Living and my first hand experience has been great. They care for their residents and always go above and beyond. No one wants to call a restoration company because usually it means we will be in someone's home with loud equipment which can be very disruptive to the residents. We have never had an issue as they both have great relationships with their residents which makes our jobs much easier.
