I'll begin with nobody paid me to write this review nor gave me any sort of incentive to do it. With that said, hands down the BEST property management company in the area!. I've been with 2B for over 2 years now at two separate locations and just signed another 12 month lease! That should say enough about how well they treat their tenants. Damian from 2B was great! Came in, was quick to assess the issue and immediately got to work to fix the gasket on my fridge which had been squeaking terribly for weeks. He fixed it in just 10 mins, had me check and confirm I'm satisfied with the outcome and was on his way. High recommend!
Damian did an outstanding job! Our shower wasn't getting hot -- just warm -- and he was able to fix it quickly and effectively. While he was here, he also took care of our stove, which was a huge help. He was fast, efficient, and had great communication throughout. Damian checked in with me, made sure everything was working properly, and was super professional the whole time. All around a great experience. Five stars for Damian -- he really went above and beyond!
I requested some plumbing work - low flow out of my faucets. Damien came and diagnosed the problem immediately. When he returned to work on it, he was fast, efficient, and friendly. As a technician, Damien is excellent. This is not the first time he has made a repair in my apartment. His service is always great, fast, and effective.

Dameian has been a gift from God to me and my apartment. He has came in pouring rain to fix a busted pipe when 2B Living took over property and management of the apartments at 666 17th Street, in downtown Oakland. Dameian have helped me with different things going on in my apartment less alone helping the other tenants as well.
