I have lived at the Islander apts for almost 10 years. we are a beachfront building in Alameda. We ended up w 2 of the worst " managers " I have ever met. I am a real estate Broker and know good management when I see it. Our building sold and new owners hired 2B living management. One word, WOW. this company is 5 plus plus stars. every problem we had at out building was resolved in record time, maintenance ppl are top notch, manager is a gem. Absolutely wonderful service from the maintenance company. Jairon knows what he's doing and does it quickly, cleanly, and with the utmost respect for your space. He even helped with my other questions and issues that were not a part of the original work order, so he really goes above and beyond to help. Thank you Jairon!

Damien is probably one of the best maintenance people I've ever dealt with. In general, B2Living is very responsive when we submit requests for maintenance and I've never had a problem with them. 10/10

This review is solely for the maintenance worker Damian who always is incredibly attentive. Everytime I have a request he is always quick to respond and provide feedback. When I do tend to have a request, I always ask about something else to see if its something they (building management) can handle. I had a great experience working with Vinnie Charitra! He replaced my stove exhaust quickly and efficiently, and the quality of his work was excellent. Highly recommend if you need any kitchen vent or exhaust work done!
