Joe at 2B living is a fantastic property manager. He is responsive, professional, and reliable. The whole 2B staff is great from top to bottom. Highly recommend.
We are so grateful for our new property manager, Charlie Spence. He's incredibly responsive, proactive and takes pride in providing excellent service to the tenants. It's always easy for us to reach him if anything goes wrong, and he follows up with us to make sure our requests are addressed in a timely manner. It's been a night-and-day difference since Charlie joined 2B Living -- and we can tell he truly cares about us and our experience. Thanks to him, we highly highly recommend 2B Living!
spoke with the property management and she provided excellent services explaining everything thoroughly the unit it is really nice the picture matches exactly the place. with all working up to par I quickly took the opportunity to move in once i was approved really nice neighborhood and close to Bart with restaurant nearby. really convenient for walks and getting to places quickly on foot also nearby schools if you have a family to raise. if there's another unit available in this building get it right away management is ... read more
Wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the professional support I have received from Charlie for our Mulit-Family in San Jose. His responsiveness and high touch communication confirms to me that he is someone that cares and wants to make sure our property and tenants are taken care of as quickly as possible. Erin as well has provided us with great money generating ideas for the property and ways to increase the safety for our tenants.
I am a new resident to the 2B living community as of 10/2024. UPDATE 11/15/24: After receiving a response from the business owner on my Yelp review, I reached out and I'm now happy to come back and add 3 stars to my original 1 star review. I originally applied to 2B Living because I had spent hours looking at their beautiful and affordable properties. I was sad not to be able to get through to anyone to rent the unit I spent days choosing, but, given that is in the past, I'm very happy with Brooks' response to me.
