Recently moved out, stayed here with some roommates, and this was my first time dealing with 2B living. Nelly was my go to person and I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. She was super nice and helpful and always treated me like family. She showed me how to use the portal and it was very easy to use. It was very convenient to pay rent and open work orders. Any requests for maintenance were taking care of super quickly! Would definitely recommend 2B to anyone.

Tenant experience is possibly the best of any unit I've rented in 30 years. Property managers available via text or email. Service requests and payment managed via website or app. Maintenance staff responsive and friendly. Everything is above board - no shenanigans of any kind.

Nelly was my property manager and she was very responsive, caring, and personal. She is very professional and knowledgeable of property management. I highly recommend Nelly as your property manager!

I've lived on a property before 2B Living acquired it and I'm glad they did. Although there were issues while we were under construction (which were totally separate from 2BL) my property manager, Nelly, was super responsive and very hands on when I had questions, concerns, or requests. Although I'm no longer living at that building, my time with 2BL and Nelly was a great one!

I recently moved in to 2B living in niles , and all I can say is that it a great place . The response was super fast and they are very helpful and so was Jesse the assistant property manager . He really made the process quick and easy . Plus it surrounded by beautiful landscapes!! And a reasonable price. Total recommend this place to live .

I've been working with Nelly for a long time now. I've never seen another property manager as respectful, caring and attentive as she is with all the residents. You can tell she also pays great attention to detail because her property is very well maintained. Any time we reach out to her for any questions or concerns she is quick to respond.

Nelly, Caroline and the 2B team were amazing! They were super responsive and thorough during the apartment search, signing and move-in process. Luckily we haven't had any issues since moving in a couple months ago but Nelly has been checking in on us just to make sure we're okay. She's been a super valuable resource to have in our corner and we're super appreciative of her hard work and constant support! Looking forward to our tenure here!!!

Great place to live , furnished , very close to amenities, great maintenance department , and also the management , Veronica and Dominic are very friendly and provide excellent and prompt assistance when required . Thumbs up .
