Vin, who does maintenance, was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He fixed the hinge on my refrigerator, whose door fell on the floor as I tried to open it one time. He also was willing to change a high light bulb for me. Very knowledgeable...a job quickly and efficiently done in the middle of a heat wave, so even more grateful to Vin.

I have had great experience with this company. My building switched to them and Nelly made the switch as smooth as possible. She is always very responsive and on top of notifying residents of anything we had to know. Stephanie was also very responsive and helpful. Both really helpful and kind ladies.

2B Living Property group has pristine, renovated apartments. I have not ever had an issue with the maintenance requests as it is always expedited. The experience I've had with the property managers have also been pleasant - especially, Dino, who has helped me to smooth over any issues. Thanks for the pleasant experience in Oakland, CA.

Our partnership with 2B Living has been foundational for the success out our services business. We provide maintenance and turnover services for the buildings 2BL manages. In the 2 years we've worked together, everyone from their executives to their property managers have been graceful and kind. They are responsive and transparent. I had a great experience with 2B Living, especially working with Nelly, a senior property manager. She worked super hard to make sure we were feeling supported in negotiating rent, our move-out process, and any other odds and ends. She was very communicative, clear, and you can tell she cares for the tenants. I recently met someone looking for housing in SF, and immediately passed along her contact information. Housing is notoriously difficult in SF, but staff at 2B Living make it a breeze!

We own a multi-unit building in San Francisco. It's been managed by 2BL for the past 2 years and we've been so appreciative of the whole team. Dave and Dan have been managing the day to day and handing anything our tenants have needed in a timely manner. Anytime I've asked for an update they have also been quick to respond and provide updates. In addition to Dave and Dan, we have also worked with 2B Livings construction team and leasing team. As a former resident of a 2BL property and also a former employee, I can't attest to the quality and service offered to all by 2BL. My experience both professionally and personally was a positive one and I continue to recommend friends and family. The staff at 2BL are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly they are tenant focused! Give them a try, they've got some beautiful and reasonably priced homes across the Bay and they're rated as one of the best places to work. 10/10 I highly recommend.
