Swift service, I received help within several maintenance issues in my apartment. Replace fire alarms, fixing broken handle on oven, and unclogged bathroom sink all fixed within a hour!
Damian, the awesome service technician at 2B Living, was quickly able to reassure me that my plumbing issue had been resolved and also advised me on how to report future plumbing incidents in a more efficient manner.
Requested new towel holder for bathroom. Part used exceeds our expectations. Very prompt and friendly customer service.
Damian was excellent. I just moved in and a list of small repairs. He called first thing Monday, arrived within 30 minutes, and got everything fixed. Very friendly, and he was good with my dog, too!

I have lived at the Islander apts for almost 10 years. we are a beachfront building in Alameda. We ended up w 2 of the worst " managers " I have ever met. I am a real estate Broker and know good management when I see it. Our building sold and new owners hired 2B living management.
