Requested new towel holder for bathroom. Part used exceeds our expectations. Very prompt and friendly customer service.
Damian was excellent. I just moved in and a list of small repairs. He called first thing Monday, arrived within 30 minutes, and got everything fixed. Very friendly, and he was good with my dog, too!

I have lived at the Islander apts for almost 10 years. we are a beachfront building in Alameda. We ended up w 2 of the worst " managers " I have ever met. I am a real estate Broker and know good management when I see it. Our building sold and new owners hired 2B living management. Absolutely wonderful service from the maintenance company. Jairon knows what he's doing and does it quickly, cleanly, and with the utmost respect for your space. He even helped with my other questions and issues that were not a part of the original work order, so he really goes above and beyond to help. Thank you Jairon!
