We worked with 2BLiving for several years now, managing our condo in SF. We brought them on when we felt like we no longer had the bandwidth to manage the property. We love Ben, our Maintenance guru! He is a wonderful advocate for tenants and is a reasonable guy. We also have been supported by Damien, who is a good communicator and let's us know and the PM about things that need an extra eye. Ben was a big support when we needed our floors redone, and his flexibility made an uncomfortable situation bearable. We have lived in our unit for 8 years and this team is a great reason to stay! We also have had the best PM so far with Vincent! I appreciate your dedication.

Been around the block few times and never came across building manager like Nelly! What a blessing to have someone that's responsive, on time, understanding, and responsible. I have been living in a 2B managed building for a couple years now, and I have to say that working with their agent, Nelly Litovskaya, has been an absolute pleasure. She is always available, kind, courteous, and helpful. There have been several issues with the property itself, including broken windows in the lobby that have remained unrepaired for years, and a heating system that seems to break every winter, but they get 5 stars because of Nelly's stellar service alone. This review is for Vincent Hua, a property manager 2B Living & Ariana De Lima, the agent who showed the he unit. If my rating on 2B Living depended solely on the property manager of the unit I almost rented, I would give them 10 stars! Vincent Hua is an extremely honest and respectful property manager. The service at 2B living is amazing! The entire staff from the top down is on point and extremely helpful. If you are just moving to town or are in need of someone to assist in finding a more spacious location these are the people to work with. I have had the pleasure of knowing Brooks for a bit and I can tell you from experience that he has your best interests at heart and will do what it takes to make sure you have a positive experience!
