I bought chandelier model champagne globe 4 at Costco middle of September. When we open the box to install one globe glass is broken. I contacted them immediately send picture to justify it. Excellent customer service! I contacted Artika for a piece which broke off our shower caddy and they responded so quickly and promptly. They are sending me the piece under warranty when I fully expected to pay for it! Will definitely look to purchase from Artika again knowing their customer service is so great!
