RecommendedWe live in the UK and recently purchased an Artika product. Unfortunately a part was damaged so I emailed for a replacement. Not receiving a reply after a week, I phoned and within one week the replacement was delivered to me here in the UK. Superb.

RecommendedHad a slight problem with a shower caddy I bought. Contacted Artika by email. I received a lovely email back and a replacement part in the post days later. I would highly recommend Artika because the quality of a company is not so much the odd mistake but how fast they respond to correct it.
