I contacted them immediately send picture to justify it. They replied send a new complete box with in a week. I’m very pleased how they do business. RecommendedExcellent customer service! I contacted Artika for a piece which broke off our shower caddy and they responded so quickly and promptly. They are sending me the piece under warranty when I fully expected to pay for it! Will definitely look to purchase from Artika again knowing their customer service is so great!
RecommendedI sent and email in and to my surprise within 2 hours I had a response asking a few questions to clarify what the issue was. Once establish their final response was that since one of the part was in back order and unknown when this would be resolved, that they would just send me a new unit instead. This all took place within about 3 hours with 2 emails. So obviously fantastic customer service.
