RecommendedI sent and email in and to my surprise within 2 hours I had a response asking a few questions to clarify what the issue was. Once establish their final response was that since one of the part was in back order and unknown when this would be resolved, that they would just send me a new unit instead. This all took place within about 3 hours with 2 emails. So obviously fantastic customer service.
I wanted to thank the company for their help and quick response to a major issue we had with the Monsoon2. they were quick to help and very kind. Sending us a new version to use in its place. The Phoenix shower Caddy works GREAT. So much better than the Monsoon2. We live in the UK and recently purchased an Artika product. Unfortunately a part was damaged so I emailed for a replacement. Not receiving a reply after a week, I phoned and within one week the replacement was delivered to me here in the UK. Superb.
We were missing a small part to our pendant light. I phoned the service department and a pleasant man arranged to have the part sent to me promptly. The lights are a beautiful finishing touch to my new kitchen. Thank-you Artika! Susan

Had a slight problem with a shower caddy I bought. Contacted Artika by email. I received a lovely email back and a replacement part in the post days later. I would highly recommend Artika because the quality of a company is not so much the odd mistake but how fast they respond to correct it.
