My Dad Greg Rumbolt had a recent experience with Artika. He had an issue with our new dining room light. He called Artika and from the start they were excellent to deal with. He couldn't say enough and went on and on about how professional and acommodating they were to him, especially Gail. His score for them is 5 stars. He would highly recommend buying the lighting products of Artika because they certainly stand by there products. Thanks again Artika!!!!
Amazing customer service. Beautiful light, the light did have some kind of defect but a new one was shipped quickly. Thank you for your support and quick response to my emails. It has been a pleasure dealing with this company.
Very good customer service. Purchased a light and dropped one of the glass cylinders. Was able to order a replacement cylinder even though I live in Iceland. Customer service was extremely helpful and helped me every step of the way.
