I seldom expect much of a response from a website enquiry but was pleasantly surprised to receive prompt correspondence from Artika's customer service. I replied to the request for address etc for shipping quote and expected to wait some time for further info. In minutes, yes minutes, I had a service quote in my inbox. RecommendedMy Dad Greg Rumbolt had a recent experience with Artika. He had an issue with our new dining room light. He called Artika and from the start they were excellent to deal with. He couldn't say enough and went on and on about how professional and acommodating they were to him, especially Gail. His score for them is 5 stars.
