Had one of your bathroom light fixtures and 9 mos later it went out.. called company and asked to get another one .. nope not without a receipt… very poor customer service.. rate 0!

I sent a warranty claim on June 20. Jorge got back to me and asked for more info. I sent that on the 27th. I have not heard back from anyone even after many further requests. NO ONE RESPONDS. I need to know what’s happening. It will soon be 1 month since I first emailed.

Hopefully they do right by there customers. I just installed this on Father’s Day and after throwing away the box receipt etc. I realized there’s a massive defect on the (inside of light) not outside. Wish to get this resolved ASAP.
