Great, as always.
The dental care I receive at Aspen Dental Arcadia is always top-notch notch, however, their ability to properly handle insurance billing and payments in an efficient and timely manner is sorely lacking.
Everyone was amazing and attentive.. I had a mini anxiety attack but was able to calm down . It's been 5 or so years since I have visited the dentist , but everyone was helpful and nice. I am thankful for the healthcare plan I'm on due to the reasonable price I have paid and how quickly they were able to schedule me for work which was the same day of my consultation. I won't choose to go anywhere else !
I did not have to wait but a few minutes before being called back to my appointment. Staff were all professional and friendly during the whole visit. Thank you.
The staff was wonderful especially Patricia Anderson. The price was a little steep but the overall experience was great!
