They are slow and didn't color match my crowns and they over charged me because they knew I had insurance. i called another dentist and they said for that price they could have done more work for less. They are a rip off and I would not bring my Dog to these people.

I called today to set up an appointment for two extractions. I'll be honest the lady that helped me was absolutely nice, but she was not of her information. She told me for extractions. It would be $210 for each tooth. And then she told me my appointment is at 7:30 which seemed fine when I got a call from the office saying that my appointment was at 7:30 but there's no guarantees I'll be getting in at 7:30 could be up to about two hours after. . I went in today for a cleaning. It was a fast visit 40 minutes instead of the usual 60. After cleaning teeth first, she poked into my gums which hurt a lot. My mouth was filling with saliva the whole time which I was swallowing! She kept on saying " open your mouth wider" with an attitude even though she said please a few times. She mainly polished the upper teeth and slightly on the lower. So I won't go back an would not recommend this location to anyone.

STAY AWAY!! It's common sense you want to use your insurance in an adequate place where they take care of you. This is not the place. They will see you till your bank is empty. They will charge your insurance for X-rays and oral inspection then scare you about your condition to later hit you with expensive treatment that is not needed( upscale). If you reject the services they will deny to even clean or deep clean your teeth. They will recommend multiple visits that are not needed. Save your hard earned money and insurance. ... read more

this place SUCKS. First of all my first visit I didn't even get a cleaning. I had to go back later that same day. which honestly wasn't a big deal. but they make you pay IN ADVANCE. They wanted me yo pay almost $1000 before we even talked about scheduling. They also are very aggressive about the financing options. I said no at least 4 times before they finally stopped asking. I went for another appointment today my 3rd now for fillings. I waited an hour, after being told the dentist was behind. first of all they only have 1 ... read more

I had scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance for May, 8th 2024 for 3pm and it was canceled same day without notice. I call the day prior and same day to confirm and straight to voicemail, no call back from the dental office. The team members have no sense of compassion nor empathy for customers. I advise future customers to avoid this location as they will not uphold to there policy standards. Garlen, you need to ensure this gets over to HR ASAP! Had a poor dental filling done by dr. Zeng to fix my chipped tooth that had an old filling break off.. I can feel a crack between my real tooth and filling also very poorly shaped I expressed to him I don't like the way he shaped it and he got annoyed saying my tooth was crooked to consider Invisalign.. I have old photos showing what s wonderful shaped filling I had done when I was 10 that broke off at 23!!! will not be returning... I literally left in tears on how hideous this tooth looks I would of rather left it chipped .... read more

Horrible Aspen dental arcadia location do not go there- choose another dentist - the office staff manager Valerie and her 2 assistants Zoey and Jasmine are rude, want to argue, unprofessional could care less about customer service and what the patient has to say.
