I saw so many terrible reviews before going to my first appointment so I was pretty worried I'd have issues but I didn't. The front desk was super helpful and the doctor was very helpful as well. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and went in because my wisdom tooth decided to pop up and cause me so much pain. They did an X-ray & the doctor did an exam and gave me a referral to a surgeon but he also gave me advice that I thought was helpful. Overall I had a pretty good experience.

Honestly best experience I have had at a dentist office in a long time. The whole team gives exceptional customer service and care. From Alex who did my X-rays to the two wonderful hygienists I had Ashley and Keeley, all the way to the Dr. and office manager. Highly recommend their team!

Couldn't be happier after todays visit. The very nice dentist fixed my broken denture and then noticed places where it could fit better. She walked me through the changes she was making and I feel so much better now. 5 stars, 2 thumbs, infinite appreciation.

My wife has Alzheimer's. Once they knew her condition they were so professional,compassionate and assertive toward her condition. I highly recommend this office, especially for anyone with a special need. They also overcharged me for an implant cleaning, found the mistake in house and credited the difference back to me. I would have never known. Honest , courteous and professional.

I'm in from out of town and found myself with some oral issues. The Aspen dental team got me in right away and addressed the issues quickly, affordably and with with great care. A very friendly team of dental professionals!

7/18/2018 Good Afternoon, I believe that customer feedback is predominately given when one is disgruntled with the service. As a result, I like to give positive feedback when you have a great experience. Aspen Dental, was highly recommended by my mother, and she is not a lover of dental appointments, which I why I decided to try Aspen. Just went to the dentist for the first time in about 10 years. Was a little nervous, as it's been a while. However, everybody was so friendly right from the start. GG, the front desk host, went out of her way to make sure my insurance situation was taken care of. The x-ray technician, whose name I didn't get, made sure to move super quickly, as quickly as he could, because the x-ray was hurting my gums. Then Luis the hygienist, was also very kind and knowledgeable. I'm glad I chose Aspen dental. I will be back!

Best dentist office I've ever been to!! If you value great customer service, professionalism and friendly staff. Everyone there is on top of their job. I felt so much better here than any other dentist office. The facilities are clean and very modern.

The staff at Aspen Dental at Thomas & 44th St. are amazing. They did what they said they would do, are patient, and, help a great deal with billing and insurance. The doctor was very thorough and kind. Enough so that I didn't hate having a root canal. Their prices are competitive, the office is pleasant and clean.
