I am so impressed with this dentist office. I travel frequently to Arizona for business and decided to fit in a dental appointment while I was there. It is so refreshing to be at a dentist office that really cares about their patients. The office is clean and modern. The ladies at reception desk are friendly and efficient and the cleaning went smoothly. The hygienist did a great job. Teeth felt sparkling clean! Aspen Dental on 44th Street and Thomas Rd provides great dental service. The staff is extremely nice and very professional. The hygienist did an amazing job during the cleaning, and the assistants were very approachable and friendly. They answered all of my questions, and listened to my concerns and preferences. They helped provide the professional guidance and advice needed to make an informed decision without pushing an agenda for their financial benefit. After seeing the same Dentist for 20 yrs, he recently retired. I was very hesitant to find a new one. I decided to go to Aspen Dental Arcadia . To my amazement I had a wonderful experience. Nicole was the best. She is their hygienist. Very gentle and sweet. Dr. Sung did my exam. He is very knowledgable and put me at ease. The best part is no cavities! I look forward to building a great relationship with the Aspen team!

HUMAN TRAFFICKING DO NOT COME HERE!!! Almost got kidnapped they drug you and hit you with insane amounts of radiation I collapse to the floor they tried to shut the doors and block me in a room there's jewish doctors so this place cannot be shut down or investigated by police BE AWARE!!! 0/10

Within a week of making my appt I started getting scam calls ans spoofs. They either sell patient contact info or someone has tapped into their portal, but I have been getting 4 to 6 calls a day which was not happening before. I cancelled with them before they could get any furth personal info.

I have bad experience what they did I have waiting my appointment a week the day my appointment before I go I called what time my appointment they said yes you have appointment today but computer rewrite tomorrow for that reason you can come as walking and you will wait 3 hour what I understand was they give my appointment some one else and they put me tomorrow I c see n trust kind those people when they cancel the day my appointment what they will do while they doing my service thanks god when I see the review one off the... read more
