Aspen Dental on 44th Street and Thomas Rd provides great dental service. The staff is extremely nice and very professional. The hygienist did an amazing job during the cleaning, and the assistants were very approachable and friendly. They answered all of my questions, and listened to my concerns and preferences. I have bad experience what they did I have waiting my appointment a week the day my appointment before I go I called what time my appointment they said yes you have appointment today but computer rewrite tomorrow for that reason you can come as walking and you will wait 3 hour what I understand was they give my appointment some one else and they put me tomorrow I c see n trust kind those people when they cancel the day my appointment what they will do while they doing my service thanks god when I see the review one off the... read more

I went there on a Saturday as I had a gum infection. They did almost nothing to treat the gum infection but insisted on full X-rays. The next week I get an estimate for the additional work Dr Le recommended that I do. (Over $4,000). I went to my usual dentist a few weeks later. I did not need additional work. I will never go back again.

With new insurance, I made cleaning appts for my husband, 18 year old & myself. The person on the phone never stated that the appts would each be a "consultation" with xrays and then you had to come back in for the cleaning. Ridiculous. Since when does a dental clinic need to do consultations? My husband caused a scene, they cleaned his teeth. My son went to his appt and they cleaned his without question. They are slow and didn't color match my crowns and they over charged me because they knew I had insurance. i called another dentist and they said for that price they could have done more work for less. They are a rip off and I would not bring my Dog to these people.

I called today to set up an appointment for two extractions. I'll be honest the lady that helped me was absolutely nice, but she was not of her information. She told me for extractions. It would be $210 for each tooth. And then she told me my appointment is at 7:30 which seemed fine when I got a call from the office saying that my appointment was at 7:30 but there's no guarantees I'll be getting in at 7:30 could be up to about two hours after. .
