My first time visit, no insurance, I was nervous, however the staff was not offended! They said it's ok! My first visit was free! I'll be going back next month when my insurance goes in effect! But getting started was all I needed! I also checked out Aspen Dental online their website and the closest, they are everywhere! Low-cost is great! I attention I received was fantastic! Aspen Dental is great! The hygienist that worked with me was very gentle, but thorough. Dr. Michaels is terrific and fun. I need to have some fillings and I'm actually looking forward to going back!

I am very happy with Aspen Dental on 44th street in Phx. I had completely new dentures made. They have worked with me all the way. They are punctual and so am I. They are friendly. They send very helpful reminders. At first I thought my teeth were too big. I just wasn't used to them. I got opinions from friends. Now I see my own smile. The teeth make me have a better smile without even trying. They are nice looking teeth.. I was going to ask if he does plastic surgery. Do something with my face, lol.

Quality of work was efficient and quick once I sat down. Reason for 3 stars is they brought me back after I had scheduled an appt.. then resorted to ask me to come back at a later time to get my chip filled. Never had that happen before with a dentist. Also, the waiting time in the lobby was about 15-20 min after my scheduled time.. But the doctor made my smile pretty again.

Professional and clean environment. The paperwork may be a hassle so it's best to arrive early from your appointment time.

I LOVED my old dentist so I was afraid to go somewhere else. I moved states and had no choice but to look for one and I was pleasantly surprised. I went in (my first visit) and I thought I'd be having a regular cleaning but I needed a deep cleaning and two fillings. They had time so they took me in and did what they could in the time I had. My first time at Aspen Dental so didn't know what to expect but it ended up being very positive. Everyone was very friendly, and they let me know what it would cost before doing anything. I would recommend them.
