Had an appointment before office hours, I was confused by this as their office wasn't open. I tried calling to confirm the appointment but no one answered. Finally was able to reach someone, same day but 30 minutes after the appointment when their office opened. I was told that I missed the appointment and if I wanted to make another one I'd have to pay the full amount up front and that they would not submit to my insurance. Won't be back.

As one review said this is a scam. Stay away money trap!! first they tell you your gums are so bad that your jaws are gonna drop off, then they sign you up for a $4000 treatment plan which consists of 2 one hour sessions with hygienist , who is employed by a completely different company, then they set you up for every three months appointment and you think this is included. No, when you show up they ask the you pay about $700, you could rent a small apartment for that. But the initial problem you came in with is never solved... read more

The only reason I changed to Aspen was because my work changed my insurance and Quest was no longer in network. I should have read reviews. Here's my experience. I have fairly health teeth, I brush twice a day with sonicare and I floss 3 times a day. I have to have cleanings every 4 months always have because of how my mouth bacteria makes a lot of tartar and to care for my gums. They said "oh, you need to be on a periodontal plan" I figured they knew what I had in the past but that's not how it went. They told me I had to b... read more

I would give a zero here if possible. This place is not only a joke but unethical. Went in for a cleaning and exam. They would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to a full exam with x-rays, which I told them I had done 6 months ago. After the "exam" they told me I had gum disease and needed $5,000 worth of work. I left and a second opinion from another dentist refuted that diagnosis. Money hungry liars. DON'T GO THERE!

Unbelievable! Pulled my tooth it got infected and when I call their phones are down for 3 days, then i call and it says in a message our phones are down go into the office we are open. I went to the Eugene office, IT WAS CLOSED. i drove to the Springfield office, IT WAS CLOSED. WTF. I ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM. THANK YOU SOO MUCH ASPEN DENTAL. YOU SUCK.

Do not do business with these people. They won't ask you to pay them, they'll just send debt collectors 2 years later to try to get 32$ from you.

All Aspen Dental wants is your money. Every time I went in to Aspen Dental they always found more to do . I spent thousands of dollars on my wife and myself at Aspen. I asked them to clean my teeth and they refused because I couldn't afford to also have a mouth screening for cancer, another $180.00. When does the dentist tell us what to do? We pay them to work for us we make the choices.

Please, please don't do it. The crew seem so friendly, everyone smiles and it's very nice. However, after having work done and needing to return for problems including a partial that they cut leaving a raw edge that cut my tongue. Couldn't believe they did that! Too many issues to list of things that went wrong. Be smart and see a real dentist.

All my college son needed was a cleaning. After scheduling an appointment for a cleaning, the office called him - only asking about insurance. Makes sense but really they just wanted to make sure they could try to upsell him and get more money. When he showed for the appointment, he was there 1-1/2 hours, got x-rays (OK), a 3 minute "consultation" jabbing his gums, lots of waiting around, a sales pitch that included a new electric toothbrush and a power flosser (!!) and scheduling for 4 more appointments.
