Staff was very understanding when an emergency forced me to reschedule. Jonnie was wonderful as usual. She was careful and thorough. Doctor was kind and explained my treatment plan well. Office lady was patient during all of my questions. Overall, I had a great experience.

I have recently been to this location for two separate visits now in the past 6 weeks. Once for an exam and the other for a cleaning. I was going to have these folks remove my upper wisdom teeth, but I'm looking around for other options now... $330 a tooth sounds a bit steep for a removal. That aside... the staff here have been amazing! I especially dig the super skinny version of carrot top. That guy made bite wings fun. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was great. I reviewed this place before I went in and despite all the negative comments I decided to schedule an appointment anyway. I have to say my experience was way better than the other reviewers. I didn't have much of a wait. The employee's were all very nice. The quote I was given was the amount I paid. Even gave me a discount because I don't have insurance. They also didn't make me feel terrible about myself like other dentists I have been to. Anyway, I recommend this place.

I had such nightmares after going to a local eugene dentist. After my experience with him, I did not go to a dentist for 4 years or so. My teeth started breaking and I was getting infections all the time. I decided to go to Aspen Dental. They were very helpful, and I now have dentures that look great!

I just want to express how Awesome these people are personality and business wise. So starting with John. He is the make it happen Captain guy, and the ladies . They are all so nice and sweet. They help you to the best . So visitors be nice to the ladies oh and they all love my baby Boy Zackary too Lol . So in short I highly recommend Aspen Dental . Preferably the one I went to. So go to them for any dental work . They will make it work . One visit is all you'll need to know that . That's the place for all your dental need... read more

I love this dentist! I have had a lot of old crowns and dental work done; Dr. Garnache and her staff are by far the best I have dealt with yet. I had 3 crowns placed and they are now my favourite teeth. Aspen Dental staff are professional, always ready to help you, and answer any questions. Thank you Aspen Dental for the awesome dental work. Now I just can't wait to get the rest of it done.

Jonnie is a rockstar!!! I highly recommend having her and only her clean your pearly whites! She does a great job and has a fresh energy about her. The rest of the office staff are very friendly and accommodating also. Abby and Jessica were at the front and the greet you with a friendly smile! Keep up the awesome job ladies. Knowing that I needed a tooth pulled, I went to Aspen to compare their services with my former dentist. They efficiently took care of my needs, helping me finance the procedure as well on a no-interest policy. I'm pleased with the results, which have been relatively painless all around.
