All they care about is money. I was told after my exam and xrays that I have gum disease and need $5,000 worth of work. 2 other second opinions negated that false diagnosis. DON'T GO TO ASPEN DENTAL ANYWHERE!!!

I went here to get care that my insurance would cover. They told me that I had a few cavities that needed worked on. $2000 I paid them....and still have the cavities and not a dime of work done that insurance covered. Absolutely awful!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I made an appointment. The weekend availability was the biggest draw for me. However...unless you get the "recommended" services, they won't touch any repairs. The (now 2) crowns i need repaired may be extracted!! No other option until and unless I have their scaling ? done. Which ironically spends all the cash I have and leaves nothing for the repairs I need. Aspen Dental misunderstands that finances and time is finite. NOT recommended

At first they are very sweet to lure you in! But they won't touch you without money up front! So you're pushed into Care Credit that they call and set up! Then they push their products on you, and force you into cleaning's before they will start your repairs. Then they push you to pull teeth that just need fillings to push you into implants or partials that never fit properly! I'm thousands into them and worse off than when I started! I changed dentists to find a Private dentist whom is more personable and much less money! ... read more

I wish I could give a zero review;its worse than that.This big angry dentist yelled and threatened me,saying all my teeth would fall out.They tried to sign me up for a $2,000. insurance policy--as phony as phony could be!!These people are crooks,not dentists,--Don't go near them!!The Dental school will lead you around,then say,"we are not accepting ANY new patients!"Thank God.And no emergencies either!--Probably it would take months or years to find a good dentist in Oregon,all the ads are all phony!!(Dr.Baggason--is Dr. Rav... read more

Seeing the average score being 1 star on yelp makes much more sense than the high score they have on google. I have a slew of bad dental experiences but Aspen dental in Eugene takes the cake for unprofessionalism and overall terrible experience. I was meant to get a pretreatment on my root canal and during my first treatment their machines stopped working halfway through, and it was chalked up by the professional as "My bad luck" not demeaning at all. I had to make a Yelp account just to post this review in hopes of saving at least one person from this place. Absolutely awful. Both me and my younger sister went to Aspen Dental for several years and have had consistently bad experiences. The hygienist is incredibly rude and will not listen to you about your issues. He just makes up problems. I have issues with tooth sensitivity that make it difficult to brush my teeth consistently.
